
Join the InsideOut Team as we train for and participate in the Scotiabank Marathon 5 KM Walk. 8 weeks of Nordic Pole Walking training prior to the Walk on October 18th. The training will be supervised by a Pole Walking Instructor from InsideOut. We will get you ready for the 5 KM walk. And then we will walk together as the InsideOut Team on October 18.
On August 19, we will have an Information Session to fill you in with what we plan to do during the 8 week training leading up the the 5 KM walk in October.
