Healthcare Coverage:

InsideOut services are covered privately or by most extended Health Care Plans. Consult your Health Care Provider to confirm your coverage.
InsideOut is not an OHIP covered clinic.

• Monday – Thursday:  8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Friday:  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday:  Closed
• Sunday:  Closed

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

InsideOut has a  Late Cancellation Appointment  Policy.  Please provide 24 hour notice to us, so that we may accommodate others in need of our services.  If you make a cancellation  within 24 hours  of your appointment,  the following fees with apply:

Late Cancellation Fee for 30 minute appointment:  $40
Late Cancellation Fee for 45 minute appointment:  $50
Late Cancellation Fee for 60 minute appointment:  $70
